Crawford Advisory started in 2016 when our founders got tired of watching digital transformation projects fail. Not fail spectacularly — just fail quietly, with half-implemented systems and frustrated teams. We decided to try something different: actually asking businesses what they needed before we sold them anything. That approach stuck around. Over the past 8 years, we've worked with 47 companies across retail, manufacturing, and services sectors.
